"I was hired with the promise of opportunities to grow into new positions, but they hire from the outside for every position. Also the benefits are abysmal."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Management over the team is excellent, but upper management and middle management seem to be on a different page sometimes. Upper management likes to have control over all big decisions (no problem with that) but sometimes that doesn't feel communicated well."
