"Had all the responsibility for getting the job done without any authority. Was constantly undermined. Suggestions were rejected and then the boss would take them and institute them while taking all the credit."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Would have instituted processes and procedures, set realistic expectations, and done a better job of scheduling. Would have worked employee's less overtime and allowed them the opportunity for a more balanced work/life."
