"Having the freedom to do my job without being micromanaged"

What don't you like about working at Interstate Mechanical?

"Not having much job security. You never knew if they were going to have enough work to keep you working in a month down the road"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Maybe managing thier jobs a little better, knowing how much work they have in the future before hiring more workers that they may have to lay off in a month because the don't have the work they think they'll have."
