"With Shaxon I got the opportunity to really learn how to make a commercial website from the ground up, plus I also learned a lot about desktop publishing."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"My interview was very easy, I just spoke in plain english and told them what I did. You should dress nice of course but these people are fairly laid back. if you sound confident you will probably get the job"

What don't you like about working at Shaxon Industries?

"They were trying to push me into a marketing type position which is not what I really wanted to do, I am a tech person (ie code) not a people person so much."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"My job should have been handled by two different people. you should have had a Marketing Manager (not me) and a Web/Media Director (me)"
