"Total disconnection of field and office. Employees are abused assets until they cant perform and then they are removed (sometimes escorted to the door)"

"Stop patting yourself on the back. You have destroyed SDC"

"The original founder built a great company but the current senior management has totally ruined the culture and run the company in the ground. Most of the talented people have left."

"Over the last three years most of the good people have left the company for better jobs in other construction companies. Our CEO and president have no idea what they're doing and how to manage people."

"Be bright and energetic and cynical. Have an exit plan before you accept the position."

"Backstabbing, gossipy and underhanded practices."

"Get a clue. Stop believing your own marketing materials. Your product is average and your delivery stinks. Figure out who is running the company and stop running it into the ground."
