"Change of the President too often. Unfortunately the new incoming President would come from the outside (competition) and they would normally bring in their own set of VP's and all direction and strategy would continously change. They wanted to promote products that were unproved, un serviceable, plus get away and not keep the core business in good standing. Lot's of business relationships with the end users, resellers, etc. were destroyed!"

"If it is not broken, do not break it. Be true strategic business partners to all!"
