"SharkNinja is a great company to work for. My experience here has been unlike any other. They have helped me with improving as a designer. From beginning to end I have been apart of every step in the design process on multiple products. Working at SharkNinja has been one of the most challenging obstacles I have faced in my design career. Unlike most companies, sharkNinja moves at a very fast pace. Our turn over rate for a product is 6 months. I enjoyed every moment of it."

"My first co-op experience, the work environment is very friendly at SharkNinja. Being treated as a fulltime employee I’ve got to interact with a lot of new people and been assigned on exciting projects. Being in a small team helps me to get involved completely in the projects. Learnt a lot on how the company functions, developed my leadership skills, communication skills, project management skills, team management skills and methodology/procedures for conducting tests on products. I need these skills throughout my career as these can be transferred to any other field I work."
