"Shaka Guide has a friendly and casual internal remote environment, and is a startup with employees all over the globe. Their tours are well-written and easy to access and use. Their customer service is top notch, and their founder is sharp and self-motivated. Their Hawaii Tours are the best selling audio tours in the state, and recently they have branched out a little into the mainland United States. Their App is clean, and their tours are bundled in with several other travel companies to make them even more accessible. They are doing quite well, and they were able to weather the pandemic well, and once Hawaii allowed people to fly back into the state their sales skyrocketed. I really enjoy working there."
