"The company office equipement is very outdated, and not ergonomically designed"

"it was a great transition job from the military lifestyle. It was maintaining euipment on a much larger scale than what I had done in the past. It was honeing my skills on Hyd, Pneu and electrical systems"

"Be aware of what you are getting into. There is a younger workforce without a braod range of experience."

"Lack of a set schedule, lack of parts and tools to accomplish scheduled jobs."

"Get more involved with the people who actually do the jobs. Let them know what needs to happen and listen to their inputs on other ways to make it happen"

"What I don't like about working Severstal N.A. is occasional problem when management views and Hourly views don't Coincide with keeping production up."

"What suggestions I have for management are listen more to the men and women who operate the mill daily. They may insight to keep the production up and have the mill running at its peek."

"We had a great management team in place for a project that lost it's funding."

"The company seems to be currently in shutdown mode with a management turn over. I'm not sure I would accept any opportunity at Severstal currently."

"I believe there were too many managers on this project and not enough team players. But all of the team were great people to work with."
