"Management is an example of nepotism at its worst. Back-stabbing, gossip, and bad-mouthing is commonplace - and often encouraged by the most senior members of staff! Watch out unless you like working for people who have a problem with the truth and a major case of Napoleon Complex."

"Grow up! You are running a high school, not attending one!"
