"Horribly run corporate entity."
"I've worked for ServiceMaster since high school and I can easily say they have been a very good company to work with over the years. The supervisors are very respectful of everyone from what I've seen and they all are very good at communicating to their employees about highs and lows with each employee. I honestly can't think of a more flexible company to work for than the branch I worked for. I am a realistic person and I feel management is super fair and they give everyone an equal chance."
"This was at one point the best place I had ever been employed. The last 2 years (2012-2014) The company changed. Internally and externally. The changes may have been required due to market constraints but the degree of change that was and is occurring does not match the degree of change management efforts the company applies. It became a difficult place to work. Great people, bad processes and systems. But I do wish them the best. The people still have the ability to change the face of the org."
"This is a good place to work."
