"If you act like you know too much they will feel threatened and not hire you."

"Management was unprofessional and in many ways unqualified to perform their jobs, which made training difficult. Constant state of change with frequest layoffs and reorganizations."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Come to the office everyday and work like the rest of the staff. Don't come in drunk and take 3 hour lunches when thats not allowed for the rest of us. Don't abuse company resources."

"They moved to a nice building in January. The building has many ammenities such as a food court and a gym."

"They are in a constant cycle of hiring and firing. Consider it a temporary job and start looking for your next job immediately."

"The constant lay offs made for a stressful environment. Most of the managers are not qualified to manage people and don't have the personality for it."

"I have worked at Servicelink for over 5 years. And at first it started off great, the culture was awesome; and we got stuff done. Then we became this giant after the merger, and now nothing can get done. Too much red tape and indecision."
"I've worked for ServiceLink since 2009, on multiple teams. The variety of work, and how previous skills factored in to new positions was interesting. The only aspect I would recommend improving would be their methods of training for new employees and procedures."
