"Be prepared to work for a very large corporation and all the politics that go with it."

"I have seven different people that tell me what to do but none of them know whats going on."

"I wouldn't force a new corporate structure or policies on a working team."

"They moved to a nice building in January. The building has many ammenities such as a food court and a gym."

"They are in a constant cycle of hiring and firing. Consider it a temporary job and start looking for your next job immediately."

"The constant lay offs made for a stressful environment. Most of the managers are not qualified to manage people and don't have the personality for it."

"Stop the constant cycle of hiring and firing. Diversify the business."

"This job paid well and I advanced quickly. Great building with subsidized cafeteria and gym, free parking."

"If you act like you know too much they will feel threatened and not hire you."

"Management was unprofessional and in many ways unqualified to perform their jobs, which made training difficult. Constant state of change with frequest layoffs and reorganizations."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Come to the office everyday and work like the rest of the staff. Don't come in drunk and take 3 hour lunches when thats not allowed for the rest of us. Don't abuse company resources."

"Keep looking, you will soon be unemployed. This is a very unstable company."

"The company is in a constant state of hiring and firing. There is no job stability."

"Stabilize the company. Break the cycle of hiring and firing and improve morale."

"OT was always available. The pay was very good for entry level."

"Do not interview with this company. The management takes no time in training any individual and then you will be reprimanded for not fully knowing your duties."

"No room to grow. Promoted friends within or nobodies from outside."

"Take classes on management. Learn the work you dictate so you don't seem so uneducated while bossing."
