"They may have changed over the past 6 years, but it started out as a beautiful place to work with great opportunity. Then, when Wabash wanted to clean house, they tried every means to have people quit so they wouldn't have to fire them. That worked for my immediate boss and GM (both my friends who hired me). I knew I was shortly next in line. They took away the accounts that I had gotten and revised a less than favorable commission structure. Finally, it was time to leave. Hopefully they have changed and good luck to those that apply to work for them."
What do you like about working at Wabash National?
"Loved working outside sales. I also received a decent commission structure for the first 2 years in California."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Make sure that you get commission on the accounts they call partners. Because there are many partners that were leaving Wabash, and it was our job to try and earn all clients. However, they just took those accounts as house accounts and you got zero commission. If you are responsible for earning their account, then you should be paid on it."

"They were underhanded when they wanted people to leave. The last year it became an awful place to work."
