"I would have loved if the company provided a walk in my shoes program so I could experience the day to day of other working departments."

"Upper Management did not listen to the ideas of those who worked the clients when seeking to find solutions."

"You must have a heart for the homeless and poor. You will be allowed in this job to be creative, ingenuitive, and given support in so many ways. At the same time, you will be faced with problems people will think you are a genius for solving. At the same time, you will need to show the same to those around you. Work by those principles and you will succeed."
