Working at Service Credit Union in Portsmouth, NH: 1 Employee Reviews

LAN Administrator

"I managed the network and assisted all employees with computer related issues."

What do you like about working at Service Credit Union?

"I loved the actual work I did. I loved the people who worked there. I loved solving computer problems and making users happy. Everyone was very friendly and treated me with a lot of respect. I learned a lot about computers and troubleshooting problems. My bosses were awesome. I received performance bonuses for the successful completion of my more difficult projects. I have really nothing negative to say about my experience there."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Look your best and present yourself well. Keep in mind that every employee in some way is being entrusted to hold or manage the credit union members money. Serious and professional are the way to go during this interview. Save your jokes for later."

What don't you like about working at Service Credit Union?

"The only issue was that we had to dress up and look very professional because it was in the financial industry where you must present yourself in a way that someone would be willing to have you deal with their money. There was never a casual day where we could wear jeans. It wasn't a big issue though. As a woman, nice dresses cost less then men's suits so at least I did not have to purchase expensive suits."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I really had no suggestions to management. I felt the employees were well compensated and all were treated with respect."
