ServerPlus Anonymous Employee

"I worked at ServerPlus for over two and a half years, served in three different roles in two different offices. There are a few pros to working here, but many more cons. I loved working at ServerPlus for most of the time I was there. I loved my co-workers most of all. When I was a tech, supervisor and manager, I loved being with them. I still keep up with a lot of them since moving on. I also liked the technical and customer service knowledge I gained from my experience there. I am thankful for that. If you choose to work here, those will be the only pros. Everything else is a con. The pay, the office space, the computers, the administration. All of it. ServerPlus does not concern themselves with paying their employees fairly but rather lining their own pockets. The offices are poorly upkept because the administration does not care about it. The computers are slow because they buy cheap, used ones that barely work and rely on inexperienced supervisors and managers to upkeep them. The administration is worst of all. Their business model is so poor that one pay day came ten days late. This was the straw that finally broke my back and I had to get out. The executives of this company (two in particular) are so concerned about their bottom line, that they will trample and use people to accomplish it. They cannot hold onto talent because of how people are treated in this company. They say they value loyalty but also say that anyone is replaceable, especially if they can pay them less. Again, do not anticipate being compensated well here. Their Operations Manager has excellent vision but very poor execution. Policy and personnel decisions are made on the fly and they almost never make things better for the company or its employees. Before I left, he expected office managers to do three jobs at once and his direction was to just do it. He acts like he wants your input, but he will just go with his own ideas anyway. He also micromanages to the umpteenth degree. Do not anti"
