"I love being a server because it bring me enjoyment to serve people. I can tell, better than my peers, how people are feeling based on their body language and attitude. I have been told before that I have changed their day by being such a great server and having a positive attitude. I also love the chemistry that I have with my coworkers. The only thing I hate about being a server is the labor-intensivity of the job."

"I began working with Nacional 27 which is a restaurant associated with Lettuce Entertain You around June 2018. It was a great company to work for! I learned so much about dealing with customers and making them happy with making sure there experience was an unforgettable one. I learned a great deal of experience working with a great staff and excellent management. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed after 25 years especially after the pandemic."
