"Serenova is a 10 years old start up and getting it out of the startup mode is very challenging due to its starving budget, Private Equity backed with very little investments makes it a never ending challenging difficult environment. Culture is somewhat toxic and no end in sight. It has potential but as is it has an unknown future and attrition in the upper 40s shows how difficult it is to win there. Yet I see people everyday doing their best and go above and beyond."

The product is easy to implement, but if needed they have an outstanding professional service team that would be more than happy to assist. The support team is top-notch and is able to get your issues resolved in a timely manner. Their technical account management offering is a plus. Leadership turnover has been frequent but starting to solidify."
