"The caregivers at this facility also cook meals, clean the kitchen for bldg 1 16 residents and in bldg 2 for 9 residents. You are also the med tech, without having any medication training. I showed others how we managed the medications, but in no way am qualified to train someone on administering medications. Supplies are always at bare minimum, many times we did not have any paper towels, gloves for when we are changing residents, bathing them. You are also the activity person, because Kristy Wilson had not hired a new one for months. So be prepared between showers, meals, meds you are also setting up activities and leading the activity......no staff meetings, at all, new residents come and we don't know if they have food/medication allergies, what they physically can or can not do. Kristy Wilson is the LVN for the facility, however she is not consistently there so you have to call her and hope she answers the phone."
