"I am working with Serene Corporation since late 2009 and since then I have received a lot of good feedback on my work. My supervisors are very happy with my performance and I have received excellent ratings from them every year. However, I do find less opportunities of growth as this is a very small company plus it requires me to travel 75% of the time which is causing health issues and disturbance in my personal life."
