"I've worked for Sequoia Riverlands Trust for more than 3 years now. Overall, the environment is really nice and you are really cherished by the company as an employee. Workload is negotiable and supervisors are always very approachable. Salary is okay for the central valley, but do not expect the amount you would get paid in the bay area. The company went through a few senior staff turnovers in the last couple of years, but the company is on the right track now."
