"Ask about benefits and if you are registered as a temp, see when you will no longer be a temp. If they cant give you an idea on that, than you will most likely stay as a temp forever until they don't need you anymore."

What don't you like about working at Senture Security Solutions?

"dis organized. no benefits, no health insurance, nothing!! I would be sent across the US at any time with no notice sometimes. They treated the employees poorly. They claim christain oriented but to be honest, I did not see any morals in relation to christainity. The human resources manager was very nice and got the job done but since there were too many managers and I didn't know who to listen too. One person would say something, than I would get something entirely different from someone else."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"You need a structured Hierarchy of management so staff knows exactly who they report too. I understand most of this was not your fault, but since you were acting as the basic employee's medium to lockheed martin, you should have stood up for your staff more. Maybe I only saw the bad side of the company because of my program."
