"We were required to work frequent crunch time. The pay wasn't consistent, and near the end nonexistent."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The company is no longer functioning. I would have preferred scheduling to have been more realistic. However since we were working under contract for other businesses, this is probably not an option."

"This company is no longer in business, but if it were I would give this advise. Unless you are right out of college look elsewhere."

"Too much crunch time due to poor management and inexperienced designers. Late paychecks and then not getting paid after months of overtime."

"Look outside your family for leaders, and find actual qualified people."
