"Dont bother if you are thinking of applying to a engineer 1 or 2 level. Management is poor, work environment is terrible and room for big thinkers is non-existent"

"Promoting engineers to become managers is not the only way to promote a successful engineer. Not all engineers are going to be great Managers."
