"I worked for Senox in the Coil Coating department as the Assistant Coil Coatings Manager and I must say the company was in the process of some radical changes. Updates to the production process, inventory software, and tracking changes as well as a myriad of improvement changes all happening at once in a bid to get the company in better shape for the CEO/Owner's daughter to take over. This said, the issues with the company did not stem from poor leadership or company culture and at least for my part, the salary was great despite the ridiculously long hours (coming from management used to incredibly long hours) Then the issue was the poor planning and subpar execution of implementation stages for the varied improvement efforts and programs. These came down from the very top and simply were not designed in collaboration with the people responsible for using or sustaining the programs. Obviously this leads to confusion, frustration, and delays which could have been easily avoided with quick, concise, and frankly...very low communication requirements. Overall however this company was a fantastic place to work, the salaries were industry standard, benefits packages were nothing to write home about though they were improving. Hours for nonmanagement were stable and reliable with excellent crew members and a great culture. While no company is for everyone, you are probably taking a fairly safe bet with this one."

"Once again at my age, I know what I have under my belt and my market worth. The current company I work for has not been changing in my favor. Fiscal and morally. Coming up short morally makes things a bit "demotivating"."
