What do you like about working at Gallagher Bassett Services?

"I was a temp at GB. I worked well with my supervisor and the other supervisors if mine was not available. I felt that the work that I did was appreciated and I was told that I was a hard worker. I really liked the hands off approach. I was not micromanaged."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Not really. As a temp, I was not interviewed before I started. My resume was reviewed and I started work the following Monday."

What don't you like about working at Gallagher Bassett Services?

"I did not like that it was located 40 miles from my home and the only way to get there was by driving. I also did not like that there was one employee (who sat two cubes away from me) who was so loud when she spoke on the phone. I literally had to wear ear plugs just to hear myself think and to concentrate."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I really was not there long enough to make any specific recommendations."
