"A very solid group of employees and managers that worked together well. A very family oriented environment where everyone really put forth their best efforts. A true open door policy within the upper management."

"Brush up on your communication skills as you'll be working with a range of individuals whom can be the least technologically skilled to the most."
What don't you like about working at Conklin?
"Legacy hardware/database systems on the back end tied to a sales/shipping system which was just as antiquated."

"Keep updating the technologies you're using."
