What do you like about working at Indus Net Technologies?
"I applied to this company because I heard that it is one of the best web design companies in Kolkata to work for. And when I started working here I realized that what I heard was so true! The design team is full of so many talented people. And the seniors are very helpful. I like the cool casual work environment here. I am part of a lovely team and have loads of fun in office. I really look forward coming to office everyday.I am also happy with the new HR policies that are being introduced."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"If you are applying for a position in design then have a good portfolio of your work ready with you. Also do not be nervous while going through machine test. It is mainly to test your logical sense, aesthetics and creativity."
What don't you like about working at Indus Net Technologies?
"I dont like to work on the two Saturdays a month. I think those can be given off. Also may be a performance appraisal cycle can be introduced to make things more structured."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Keep up with the good HR initiatives that have been introduced recently."

"Major requirement is to work without supervision yet deliver on time."

"Ive missed socializing personally with co-workers, they say freelance workers becomes a caveman."

"I suggested them to hire a little more manpower to boost performance."

"every project should be discussed by a team working on it and according timeline should be set"

"Be prepared to work in a very narrow field of your skill set. There are pros and cons to this type of work environment. The pros, will allow you to truly be a master at one task. The cons, will not really provide the growth you may be looking for."

"My position is not heading in the direction I would like to go."

"Increase the quality, not the quantity, of production. Also, delegate more ownership of projects."
