"As Technical Manager got my but worked off in 5 different states and representatives were often difficult to please."

"Make sure the representatives and technical managers job descriptions are clear so that who is to be doing what is kept in order."

"More interested in financial bottom line than in quality of care. Company drove off best laboratory talent. Company treated staff in arrogant manner (soliciting staff input only after decisions were made)"
