"Because it is a startup company, there was a significant lack of formal processes upon which to rely in the normal execution of interdepartment relations."

"Invest in developing internal processes to decrease chaos and to make successful processes repeatable."

"When I left CellExchange in 2001, it was 100% under the control of a bipolar MIT professor. I hope he is out of the mix by now."

"Open attitude about questioning / reviewing developers.Pizza every Friday."

"No. I heard that CellExchange does not resemble today what it was as a startup."

"3 foot, collapsible tables, very cramped physical space."

"None. CellExchange has grown up a lot since 2001."

"Amerprise was spun off from American Express while I was there. I was a contractor."
What do you like about working at Amerprise Financial?
"They hired too may technical writers when they hired me. I worked on business analyst projects. This was new and interesting. I think I did a good job and the clients in the company were supportive."

"If things have settled down, it could be a good job."

"I was never informed about why they discontinued my employment."

"The lines of authority about my job were never clear. This should have been taken care of at the beginning of my work there."

"The engineering office of Aligo was in Phoenix. They closed it and moved to SF without taking any Phoenix personel."

"The staff was talented and hard working. They moved very quickly on new products and directions. I enjoyed the variety and quality of the work I supported."

"The company direction was dictated by the banks providing investment money. Find out about the financial support for the company."

"Complete lack of information about the direction of the company."

"My exit was in 2002. This is too long ago to be relevant."
