"You become a number with no concern to what to bring to your organization, can be pushed aside even with outstanding service, customer recommendations, with no opportunity to move to other areas of company or concern to career."

"Management needs to take a close look at accomplishments, customer satisfaction, over achieved quota's and impact on one's family and career."
