"Scope of work is limited. The SOA governance is missing in the company."

"Apply SOA governance and Agile methodology so that work can be more productive."

"This will be a horrible work environment. Ask for a very high salary to compensate."

"Being verbally and physically abused by management. Yes, I said physically, as in being hit."

"Fire all of management and recruit new management without retail experience."

"I worked with a lot of good people. I was a go to person and I received both short term and long term satisfaction from my work."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"There is currently a hiring freeze, but I recommend they go into areas of the company that are current with regular technology."
What don't you like about working at Fiserv?
"Management was more reactive than proactive. The regular workers ended up being non-risk takers. This shut down a lot of creativity and fostered covering their tails instead of them just doing the job as best as they could."

"Stop treating workers as a resource and create an environment that motivates."

"Limited growth and expansion in mainframe area. Plans to phase the mainframe out in the next 5years."

"LIsten to your technical people and do not get convinced by vendors that takes your money."

"I liked the fact that the company was close enough that I could ride my bike to work."

"I didn't like the fact that the management decided to migrate away from the system that I was supporting without really thinking it through and do it on the cheap."

"Take a close look at what you are investing in IT wise."
