"Working at the corp. office was a great experience, I didnt like working in the field, must times it was much to dirty for computers."

"Be cautious, This company is GREAT , But local managers in Kuwait think its the Wild Wild West out there in the desert !"

"Management did not have a clue on how to treat people, they were just looking for someone with a heartbeat so that they could charge the military for your presence and make money and milk the US Government."

"Fire em' all and start with REAL managers !!!"

"If you want to make a decent salary do not go here. HR needs some work."

"After 7 years the pay was terrible for the responsibilities of the job."

"Treat your employees better that have been with you the longest. If they ask for a raise maybe they need it. Don't think you are the only game in town and get with the times on pay scales. Treat your IT dept better. Review your high turnover rate."

"I had no onsite support from management. They were remote. Actually in another state altogether."

"Stay in contact more with consultants in the field. And don't be so quick to be on the client's side of arguments."
