"Review the companies background and be familiar with the area applying for, for example, if applying for support of a software product, get to know that product and familiarize yourself with their website."

What don't you like about working at Computer Associates?
"They suck at having one manager, it takes two managers to manage one person, if one manager doesn't like you, then you're screwed as you don't meet the other manager in person ever. Both managers are often rude and are not people friendly. They don't like to pay bonuses no matter how well you perform."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Restructure, take ethics classes, learn to work with diversity."
