"I loved the job, got on very well with the majority of the team, (there's always one you can take or leave) and frankly it was a technical challenge from day one until the day I left. Most of the time my direct management supported me and we got what we needed to keep the environment afloat. Towards the end of my time there a change of management led to highly disillusioned team and I would suggest about 60% of the team were lost over a 2 year period."
