What do you like about working at Ericsson?
"Perks that come with big company - international company."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"I cannot recommend this company because of the discrimination towards employees."
What don't you like about working at Ericsson?
"Discrimination towards employees (age discrimination is dominant), management is incompetent and brutal - yearly 10% 'refresh' lay-offs and management is using it to getting rid of older employees or who they don't like. HR is supporting management, they are not doing what they should do. Employees are forced to work overtime, which is not compensated. Per diem for travelling is minimal (50$) and after 30 days cut 30% - training is non existent. Ericsson implemented certification process so many employees are now called senior CPM, SA and SI while majority of them never saw customers nor traveled to perform any work on the site."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Stop discrimination and bias towards employees. Get rid off middle level management (too many chiefs and not enough Indians)."

"Be yourself. Fully understand the scope of what team members' day-to-day functions and processes are."
What don't you like about working at Verizon Wireless?
"I am no longer employed. I disliked processes that management did not understand. Verizon Business has had several reductions in force."

"great office environment, good office perks, minimal office politics, meritocracy, casual office life"

"be sociable and easy to talk to. be knowledgeable about the jargon for your particular area of expertise (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.)"
What don't you like about working at ExactTarget?
"not meaningful or fulfilling work (it's just email). joke of a 401k plan. very difficult to move around the organization especially if you are good at what you do. not much help with career pathing or getting out of a rut."

"stop making empty promise:, if you say you will make something better, at least give it an honest try"

"Small company. Flexibility. Not pidgeon holed. Good business model. I have a wide range of responsibilities."

"You must be able to deliver. The company is too small to hide in."

"There is tot enough work to keep me busy and there are not enough challenges."
