What do you like about working at XO Communications?
"It was a great company to work for. Lots of training available through on-line classes."

"It is a great company with a lot of potential, but unfortunately I feel that they may be sold or may merge with another company in the near future."
What don't you like about working at XO Communications?
"Being spread out throughout the US made it difficult to interact with other sales engineers."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Unfortunately they decided to restructure the company and in doing so, downsized their work force. They lost a lot of very talented workers."

"Intuit is large, but entrepreneurial, and the opportunity to make actual contributions to sales is high."

"It's a great company and you do very well if you worked in a location where Intuit has a large office."

"Working remotely has had an affect on my career advancement, since Intuit has no offices in NYC."

"Take a more strategic view of employees and their development."

"Be open and honest, NEC is a great company that has been around 113 years."

"Salary was lower than the average in my region. Some support issues."

"Rethink 'RIF' objectives and how personnel are selected. Focus on dealer support/sales not just the cost."
