"Milestone is notorious for underpaying their workers on most levels. They attempt to make up for it with benefits and employee perks. The benefits arguably are very good but do not rank above those being offered at similar companies. The employee perks were more evident when the office was open but it has now been closed since March 2020 with no set reopening date yet they are not offering a work remote option going forward, all employees have to be able to return to the office with short notice. The office perks included snacks and beverages in the kitchen and the occasional catered meal but all of that is gone now. Annual reviews take place in March. The highest increase in pay they give at that point is less than a $3000 increase annually."
