What do you like about working at Eastman Kodak?

"The people here are the best - coworkers and supervisors. Had a lot of great supervisors over the years."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Pays well but unless things get turned around, plan on taking what you can get and moving on."

What don't you like about working at Eastman Kodak?

"Lately work has really slowed down. No faith in upper level management. Constantly waiting for the other (next) shoe to drop."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Middle managers - hang in there - you are OK. Upper level mangers better produce soon. We would have more faith in you if you were not sitting on a fully packed golden parachute."
