"Bifurcated corporate and plant culture for bonuses and profit sharing. Risky culture to hurry product to the market and then iterate after complaints to improve rapidly. Constant firefighting."

"Open up a profit sharing and companywide bonus program not just for management only. Establish an employee development program to instill leadership and improve corporate culture. Consider more PTO or vacation for senior level employees ot attract top talent. Allow the employees a day off for Thanksgiving and Christmas."
