  "I have worked for NBTY inc. (Rexall sundown) for 21 yrs started out as a QA and worked my way up to supervisor been promoted 4 times in the 21 yrs I was there got along with everyone, I am a very understanding person but at the same time very throe with my work and my employees, after 21 yrs I have nothing bad to say I just want to advance my carrier and work in a new environment, I felt I could not go any higher than I was because at that point to be a manager it's not what you know but who you know I had managers come to me and ask me how to do something."
