"Plan and execute, no more shoot then aim. Consider those who are making planned decisions, not knee jerk reactions."

"I liked the challenge of working on different platforms, and working with back end as well as front end systems. I liked the people I worked with and always met project deliverables."

"Be solid in your skill set, know your programming languages and be completely honest. Lack of skills can be trained, Enthusiasm and honesty cannot."

"From my position in PA it is tough to collaborate without face time with the other teams. My home is my office, comfortable, however I miss working in the team building environments."

"The company is managed in a very unique way, they have their goals in mind and are on a great path so I wouldn't change a thing."

"In recent years there have been few opportunities within QA. While I have consistently been given strong reviews and bonuses but I feel that new positions have not become available in the US."
