"I have worked with Senior Psychcare as a Licensed Psychologist for approximately 3 years. The pros are flexible work schedule, patients, managerial support, and the pay is good. Administrative duties are the cons. You get from this job what you put into it. It is not for everyone, but it is great if it is for you."

"The owners of the company do not care about their staff or physicians. They constantly fail to pay wages, refuse to reimburse for items that are supposed to be reimbursable according to their handbook, constantly change rules and regulations without notifying anyone. If they cannot find a reason to legally terminate you, they make one up and place it in your file. Commissions are part of your contract but they never pay them. The turnover is overwhelming and the facilities they service get fed up with the corporate issues quickly and drop them. Terrible Terrible Terrible company!"
