"Harsh treatment of employees is not acceptable behavior for a manager, and correcting an employee in front of others is not appropriate, micro-managing senior level staff is not required either."

"too large an organization to provide an across the board tip"

"no growth potential, mired in budget issues with lay-offs based on tenure (or personal relationships) not merit. Too focused on chain of command = silos for problem solving & service delivery."

"Find a bonafide way to reward innovation and circumvent methodologies that are mired in a system that can't be fixed."

"I enjoy working independently. There is no micromanaging. Each individual is responsible for their own opportunities."

"I would suggest that the Management to allow individuals who are currently employed take more responsibility for more than one specific area and encourage cross functionality."
