"DEI had and open and fun work atmosphere. We were a very busy office and were constantly going. It was a great team enviroment and our skills and accomplishments did not go un-recognized."

"This company puts a lot of stock inidividuals, personality, team approach and results. Focus on those things to give a great interview."

"Even though I worked extremely hard and was always attentive, there were a few times when I needed personal time and was not able to get it - this only happened twice in three years."

"Be on the ball with contracts. Keep up with continuing education to be the best you can be."
