"Always opportunity"
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Listen to what the job actually is, because often times it's not what you end up doing. Kohler is a revolving door and is great for someone just out of college. It is not for someone with experience because Kohler reacts on numbers and is not afraid to do away with people, jobs, etc, when the position often times is posted a year later. Someone with experience knows better and will become fraustrated. But your best foot where it is appreciated, this typically is not it."

"Getting someone to actually do something about the opportunity"

"Take principals in quality and problem solving and actually use them instead of listing them as something that's been done in the past."

"Nothing. Terrible experience all around."

"People are expendable."

"Don't hire people if you have no intention of retaining them. Stop sending work to India."

"Top level management rules so what others promise you should never feel secure in what they want to do, they are not really in control."

"Don't always get a chance to meet the folks you are working with face-to-face."

"This is really not a good time to answer that since we have had top level managers take their millions and dumped the rest of us."
