"It's a very people friendly company. Great work / home life balance. Benefits are very good. Company provided health care services and is very stable. Company is family owned and operated. The owners are very involved and are always involved."

"Be yourself. There are no pretenses there. They're willing to take a chance on prospective employees with a great attitude and no experience than an more experienced person with a lackluster attitude."
What don't you like about working at Benco Dental?
"There is really no career path once you get away from the warehouse or the customer service department. The problem with being as good a place to work as it is is that not many people leave so if you're a programmer, you're a programmer."

"There needs to be some sort of promotion policy that allows talented employees to take on new challenges and responsibilities."

"The transition to an architecture that was poorly thought out and doesn't utilize the employees' strengths nor does it allow those who do the work any voice in the matter. All decisions are being made offshore now."

"It's hard to get in. They are looking for a certain quality. The like permanent people there...it's hard. Again just be real and nice =)"
