"This role was about creation and innovation, looking towards the future, predicting what that would be. I loved the conceptual aspect, searching for that new idea and then selling that idea. I disliked the bureaucracy, specifically the relationship between the US office had with European HQ, and the layers of decision makers that often delayed or blocked innovative ideas coming to fruition."
