"Some of the people are great. Others have been there too long."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"No tips. Unless mgmt catches the vision to better the trainging, get new equipment, etc. they will have further problems."

What don't you like about working at Teledyne Brown Engineering?

"Attitude...this is the way we have always done it. They need to open their eyes and see what their competitors are doing."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get a vision and work it. Mgmt does not have a vision, the place is stagnant."
